If he doesn't want to be here then don't make him. We could use him but he would be a detriment if he isn't happy to be here.
With that said, you cannot release him to any conference teams.

We can deny conference teams. He could still go to LSU, but he couldn't receive any financial aid that way

Why does this always happen to us? We get players here (or signed to come here) and then they suddenly get the urge to transfer to a rival school. Austin Golson in football, Bryce Blaum in baseball, and now Parker Stewart in basketball.
Am I overreacting to this? Hell yes I am, but I'm sick and tired of this.
