I like this hire. Kids love him, can help with LB's, young/energetic, etc. We could have done a hell of a lot worse. In fact, I might like him better than option A in Tray.

Why are you so high on Tray Scott? The guy hasn't done dick. He was just another comfort zone hire for Freeze, not mention he left like a thief in the night.

Roach on the other hand has more experience and a much better pedigree. I like his background with LB's and as a S&C coach in addition to DL. He was a stud as player and had his NFL cup of coffee with the Patriots. Plus he is one good looking mother fricker.

Tray Scott's gonna be a great coach. There's a reason everyone was so high on him. We're just butthurt he left.
