The level of talent on that team was pretty awful. There's plenty of blame to go around.

Eta: you could point the finger at Cutcliffe, but if he's not there, there's no Eli so.....

Bingo. We had the same exact team minus Eli, Chris Collins and Von Hutchins on defense back the next year and were absolutely terrible.

BTW I posted this earlier before I went on my rant.

Riley Myers was Archie's go to wide receiver in college. He was at the Dolphins training camp but quit to come back to Mississippi to coach high school football to support his pregnant wife.
