No news seems to be good news when it comes to top recruits with the staff.

They still need a big time tackle commit, one awesome in state running back. A linebacker ready to win the SEC and a big time DT and DE recruit.

Success during the season and some closer with the NCAA would help bring this class to a good close in February.

I don't think we'll see a resolution before signing day.

Tee Higgins reportedly will visit with us multiple times throughout this season. Also, we are in it on a S named Xavier Mckinney, 4* who decommitted from Bama.

tee higgins is the WR I covet most in this years class.

He has close friends and ties to Clemson. but definitely want him, so hopefully he comes often and our offense impresses.

We need him and Shea, Aj and Metcalf hanging out when he is on campus. Those relationships would be so key.

Sounds like what I want to hear. I'd forgotten our 2016 class was ranked so high by them and it's our class. Shows you how quickly some things can be forgotten, even when they are "your things."

Yeah DJ seems to think that the NCAA stuff being ironed out isn't as big a deal as they thought. I kinda think is optimism with Cam is his OM gear he keeps wearing, which is good but it's not some for sure sign of things to come. He seems mighty confident about Walker though. Said he's the most confident he's ever been

Walker little happy dance,
He is so physical, large, and talented.
He has been getting special training all summer, not including the opening. He and Marvin wilson go to trainers and they practice one on one.
He is definitely a future NFL LT.

He the Washington tackle* and trey smith are by far the three best Tackles this year.

Any chance we can flip Myles Brennan? Looking like being so late to offer him and going after Gebbia instead might have cost us a really, really good qb. With everything going on right now, it would have been great to have a good qb who is a solid commit recruiting others for us. Have a feeling losing Brennan might be one of the worst recruiting misses of the Freeze tenure.

No.

The linebacker misses would trump that in a heartbeat.

Has David Johnson ever correctly predicted anything?

Keep in mind, he predicted us to win nine games in 2011.
