Why couldn't lsu hold on to Sean, wasn't he on staff at lsu prior to coming to the Ole miss staff?

I had heard that Sean and Cam didn't see eye to eye and that Cam wasn't happy that he wasn't consulted about Les luring him Zona State. Any truth to that Captain?

You've seen our offense . I can see why anyone on the offensive staff would be leery. I will ask for details about the situation.

Saw posted that he was injured last year and redshirted. So I guess he will have 3 to play 3 and also explains the ranking.

After yesterday does anyone think that we will go after any more DEs or are we set with 4 commits right now?

Now with Harris that gives us 2 CB for the class. Do we focus just on safety or still go after a 3rd corner? After this year we will lose a lot at corner.

Yea, I think the thought is Harris starts at CB but could play any of the DB positions. I really like Harris.

I'd guess they take 1 more CB and hope to fill it with somebody that can play right away. Either a stud HS player or a Juco. We don't seem to be in on any top HS recruits though and I don't know who the Juco could be. I'd guess Jamar Richardson is the most likely HS guy.

Bowie is slated at CB now but I think he is too good with the ball in his hands to not play WR.

So I'd guess Bowie gets moved to WR and we take another HS and a Juco CB. Or look for a grad transfer next year but you never know who will be available

I think we are done at DE as we have Tisdale (who will basically be in this class) and the kid from Syracuse who can play next year

Your guess is as good as mine. I know we will go after Buggs until the end but maybe we read the writing on the wall and thats why we pulled the trigger on Johnson. Jones CC has another DE that was a 4* out of HS that we are also looking at, but I think we have a lot of numbers there now.

I am not sure where Coatney will end up being either a DE or DT, but even if he is moved inside, our DE rotation should be as so next year...

DJ has mentioned that he wouldnt be surprised if Winters moves inside, but with Benito, Speaks, Herb, Donnely, and Robinson inside, I doubt that both Winters and Coatney move inside, so I assume one of them, Curtis and McDowell will be the primary strong side DE's while the rest are weak side DE's.

You can see above, we have a shite ton of DE's all of a sudden. None proven, so I would think we are done at the position unless its a stud HS kid or Buggs.

Does anyone remember that corner we signed that made the MS/AL all star game, but we knew he was a sign and place? He isnt showing up on the signing list but I remember he being a 6'1 corner who Paul Jones said would be the next Tony Bridges. I guess he is a possibility for a CB. Another juco DB target could be the safety who transferred from UGA to Jones that was originally from the delta. If we like both Jones and Hartfield as CB, we may need an upperclassmen safety and he would be a great pickup given he started some games as a true freshman for UGA.
