I think just because most people use recruiting sites to see how good high school kids are, so they pump those rankings out first before moving on to JUCOs who are committed, and then uncommitted JUCOs

He is a 2017 commit but can enroll in January

That bidding war has already gone down and we are far from it.
zero chance there. LSU and Alabama are deep in on that. and we need lots of Linebackers, signing him could scare off those tweeners that know they would never play in front of him.

Hearing Freddie Hartz (Morton, HS) will Commit soon. #9 ILB in the country. Would be huge for us to get him, Gay, and Josh Clarke.

With the way our LB recruiting has been going I'll take it. Also I know that Akers is a huge flip that some people have said is coming but I really want to see Avery get on board. That would be huge

Akers is on flip watch. Another LB to keep an eye on is Kain Daub. Former 5*, played for the same team that Gilbert Pena coaches at. Hope Pena is in his ear.

When Josh Clarke was recently retweeting a lot of Ole Miss stuff with Willie on there, Willie didn't once retweet any OM communication. He seems to be all State. Clarke, on the other hand, I want him to come to OM.

This was at least 1-2 evenings I was following Clarke pretty closely. I'm not a super active tweeter, but hey if Gay has interest great. It just seemed like he was very much a State lock based on what I was seeing.
