Who is the recruiter? I got Kosciusko on lock

Question: Are people from Kosciusko taught or aware of who the town is named after?

Exactly this. Every time a high profile recruit list is even in their top 25 it helps recruiting here at OM.

I honestly believe we are in for some good times in the coming future here.

So I have a question. Seeing how certain neighboring State's are making a few inroads in tLandmass lately, do we need to start getting "in bed" with the guy at the crossroads of 49 & 82....or is he even a player with the likes of Bama? I seem to remember hearing a rumor that Saban won't have anything to do with him?

I think Freeze missed a huge opportunity when he didn't try to hire Melvin Smith and went with Corey Batoon instead. Sure Batoon might get us involved in some west coast kids but I don't think we'll ever see the payoff that Smith would have given.
Just posted that on the RB.

I don't think we were in the running for Melvin because he wanted a "higher" level position that we didn't have open. Bet that with him landing in U-La-La, he'll get some lower level Sip kids on his D.

I don't. Promoting Batoon sends a message to the staff and I think the continuity they've had is important.

I think recruiting is more important. Maybe not Smith but someone with strong MS ties.

I think if we really are going to become the program we all hope to become, instate recruiting is not a priority. If we win the egg bowl in Dak's house the year he leaves, then recruiting against State will not be hard. Same if we win three in a row with Shea Bae.

Not if that short kid with daddy issues goes to UNM under Freeze who can't develop a QB. If he were to be coached under the QB Guru then he would have much more success. No way he wins three against u............

Oh wait I logged in the wrong account

It's always refreshing to me when you see a kid admit there are things he still needs work at.
