A third team (neither Alabama nor Texas A&M) has been getting indications that Little will not sign with Texas A&M and that program feels as though Alabama is in the best position to steal the five-star prospect. That info coupled with Hank's note has given me enough confidence to make the flip prediction.

I have heard some interesting stuff about little...... If his commitment status doesn't change in the next week then something changed. And no that does not mean a commitment.

I would take Little over any recruit we are after outside of Shea, including the DT (Gary I think) that is the #1 player in the country.

Little in my opinion is a future top 5 pick.

I have to agree. Little is extremely nimble/agile for a big man while strong enough to handle some beastly bull rushes. At Bama he'd be the RT his Freshman year instead of competing for the starting LT at Ole Miss.

IF we have any cash left, spend it on him.

Still could be pretty good news for us. Little going to Bama could push Allen our way. Trying to get a true freshman to play LT in '16 is not a good plan regardless of who we get. I think we need a Pierce Burton type commit this year to cover LT in '16.

Did we even take him though? I also don't think Allen is going to be the next Tunsil. Will he be a great player? Sure, but Tunsil good would shock me.

Getting another Tunsil probably isn't going to happen. He's special. Just have to hope to get a good/great LT to replace him.

I love that we are "in the race" for Little, don't get me wrong. But post-MUS OT Commit/decommit situation (do not say his name), we cannot put all our eggs in one basket.

Compound this with the depth we need at OT, why have we not located or closed on any guys like

Ukeme Eligwe

{FSU OT Kicked off team[disciplinary reasons], transfer to Ga. Sou.}

or

TJ McCoy

{NC State OT transfer [homesick] to Florida} ??

He must have committed some ISIS level atrocities for FSU to kick him off the team.

Yeah I think Little is allot closer than Allen at becoming as good a player as Tunsil was at that age.

Let me say that both will be really good players but probably not as good as Tunsil. I wish they were both better than Tunsil and decide to come to Ole Miss.

So Shea supposedly edged Cam Newton in a deep ball competition.

For all of you JAX area fans, Calvary Baptist is coming over to play in the Medicomp 7on7 this weekend in Madison. Will be a good opportunity to see SP and a bunch of other recruits in person (Meridian, Morton, Nox Co, Madison, Clinton, Oxford etc....are all playing in it)
