Can someone help me understand something. OM didn't lose a game till semi-finals, yet A&M had lost a game previously. Yet A&M goes to championship game.
What am I missing, since it's clear I'm missing something very significant!

I was thinking to myself before the tournament how stupid the single elimination semi finals was. It's a terrible change imo. Regardless that was an epic choke job by us. It sucks but still proud of this team and looking forward to the regional.

We still helped ourselves though. I feel like we will get paired with the 7 or 8 national seed now.

How did we get just eight runs on 17 hits (actually I watched and I know how, just sayin'). And A&M goes 12 and 12. And then those two calls which directly result in us coming up on the short end of two runs. It's like it just wasn't meant to be. Had we advanced one round deeper than LSU maybe we would have gotten than last national seed, but probably not now. Maybe it won't matter. It didn't two years ago.

Why would lay deserve a national seed over us?
We just bead vandy and USC LSU wouldn't have been able to score on us like ATM. The only time we've played we won the series. Our resume is better than LSU s don't fall for this media trap... They keep talking up this damn possum and LSU.

I don't know what d1baseball has the top 8 as but I have
1. Florida
2. aTm
3. Miami
4. Louisville
5. DAWGZ
6. Texas Tech
7. Clemson
8. Ole Miss
LSU has three really bad losses on their resume while we only have 1 ... We have a higher RPI and we got them head to head.

trying to look at it from an outsider prospective.. and I would have that same top 8.

Miami doesn't scare me all that much. They have a lot of young arms. We could make a show there.
