WNHI--those chicks would be pretty without that on their faces.
Don't have anything against tattoos (considering getting one myself, actually), but those face tats are distracting for me.

Good luck getting a respectable job with those...I'm not into tattoo's overall. Understand the meaning of some, but others just seem like a waste to me.
