Worst End To A Year Ever Rant

I've been eating a lot lately. Bulking, actually. It started back in September when I began working out seriously. I would eat Wendy's(3 baconators) or McDonalds (20 Chicken Nuggers) 3-4 times a day and drink these "Mass" milkshakes 2-3 times a day. I stopped having available time to workout and gained 40lbs in two months.

Unfortunately that's when I also quit college because I wasn't applying enough. My parents kicked me out because I quit college and also because I lied to them and said I was in class when I was really at Wendy's or McDonalds.

So I found a job at a Target in Memphis and moved out because I was kicked out but my life was somewhat back on track. Christmas is approaching and I begin exploring opportunities to make more cash to buy Christmas gifts.

I finally settle on selling Web cam shows to people (mostly girls) with "fat fetishes". I make a decent amount of money but most of it has to go to the microwave repair bill. I end up getting my Dad a coffee mug that says, "Drink Me, Daddy" and I get my mom a hickory farms summer sausage gift box, both gifts I got with my Target employee discount.

I arrive home for the family Christmas dinner and instead of the standard festivities, my family has staged an intervention. My entire family believes that I am hooked on drugs which apparently makes me gain weight. I try to explain that my recent weight gain has lead to a profitable side job of Webcam stripping but this pushes my Dad over the edge.

I am kicked out of my own intervention and didn't receive a chance to give my parents their gifts. Feeling dejected, I practically starve myself by eating nothing but the Hickory Farms set that I got my mother up until New Year's Eve.

I decide to start the game thread for the State, Georgia Tech game but the game got so bad that I just had to leave. I decided to go to Beale Street and watch the "Guitar Drop" by myself, as always. I get lost and miss everything.

Here I am, lost in downtown Memphis, sitting on a curb. Updating the game thread. And that's when the most magical thing happened. This random older man approaches me and asks me, "How's it going?"

I explain the whole previous week and he tells me the most inspirational thing.

"Life isn't about buts, it's not about whens, it's about now and do's. What you do now, makes the buts and whens."

All of sudden, I felt this glowing light inside.

As he walked off, he turned around and said, "Hail State". I was wearing nothing Mississippi State.

It was then that I realized he was an angel. So for those who have struggled in the year 2014.
