You've got to wonder what was said on the ride over. He was probably just miffed foe the reasons he outlined, and then Lord only knows where the conversation went awry during the course of the ride. I'm 100% certain the reason he is raving like a mad man is because she did the "I'm going to film this" as if that fricking matters at all.

This. Everyone wants to try to bait someone for no reason at all. Go about your life and don't disrupt other people's lives with your attempt for 15 minutes of internet fame.

As a past Uber driver, I can understand his pain. It's hard to keep your cool sometimes. People think you're a professional because you work with Uber. ANYONE can work for Uber. Anyone can ride with Uber too, and the stars that we give passengers mean nothing. There are no repercussions to a passenger getting a 1 star rating.
I had a guy smoke in my car without asking, tried to end the trip early touching my phone and shite, turned the music ALL the way up. shite gets to you sometimes.
Also, when an Uber driver (or ANYONE) tells you to get out of their car, you get the frick out of their car.

Something had to have happened on the ride to get him that angry. He mentioned her being rude and condescending, and based on her attitude in that video I'm inclined to believe him.

All of this b/c they were at the wrong entrance for the hospital. Some people are really easily triggered.

Just drive to the police station and ask them to remove her from the car 
I'd record asking her to get out, and what I'd do if she didn't - then press charges if you are allowed.
It'll ruin a day, but sometimes, you have to let people know you're a business.
