Columbia got 8 inches in February of 2010. I drove from Charlotte to Charleston for SEWE the night the storm started, and it took me 8 hours.
I'm thinking Columbia gets about 1-2 inches this time with higher amounts north of town. All depends on how much moisture is left when temps drop below freezing.
