Doesn't make sense to me. I'm not talking about the old school porn where it is just looking at a naked chick, but I'm talking about the hardcore videos.

What is the difference between a girl getting paid to take 2 cocks in her arse on video or a girl getting paid by a random person to frick in a hotel room?

Morality wise, there is no justification for one being legal and the other not. Either make them both legal (<for this) or illegal.

All it comes down to is the Gov't can't tax prostitution but they can tax the selling of a video, so they use "morality" as a coverup for keeping prostitution illegal. Such bullshite and hypocrisy

Family Guy covers this subject very well FWIW

I don't see how it makes sense that one is legal but not the other

What is this "porn" to which you refer? Examples?

Prostitution is viewed as something a married man can't do, so it might as well be illegal.

I think you could find a way to tax it. I mean look at masseuses. Not all of them work in a physical building, but it's still legal. I'm sure people would dodge taxes, but pretty much every self employed person doesn't report all their income.

It would be easier to track it and tax it if you opened up actual establishments and sell it as a service, very similar to salons.

Exactly. Make whore houses legal and "street corner whores" illegal. Make them get a 5 dollar license each month where the only requirement is to be STD free

Doesn't Nevada already have some places set up? They could base it on that model.

All women are prostitutes. Married women dont give their husbands sex for free.

Think of the jobs it would create. Require that all women working in the brothels be on birth control. Taxable revenue from the whores who would probably be single mothers on welfare otherwise.

Plus the occurrence of rape in the country would likely decrease.

I'm perfectly capable of supporting myself, thank you very much.

But to your point, what is really the difference in prostitution and some young thing looking for a sugar daddy?

Not to mention all of the savings to be made by not arresting, prosecuting, etc.

You seem to have taken an interest in this career of prostitution.

It's my (and her) own damn body and consensual exchange of money for sex violates no one's rights. We all end up paying anyways. It's cheaper actually. Nice dinner, gifts, ring, divorce settlement, etc cost more money and headaches.
