Why do really old men stay naked as long as possible in the lockerroom?

I've been going swimming the last few weeks and have noticed this disturbing trend with almost no outliers. Young guys will at least cover up with a towel to and from the shower, but the old dudes will spend half an hour walking around every square inch of the place with with no regard for your eyes.
Do they like fricking with people? Are most old men who go to the gym pervs? Or do they just have no more fricks to give?

I know exactly what you are talking about. I use to go to the gym everyday to play basketball growing up and if there was an old dude in the locker room there was a 90% chance he was naked.
The worst is you come back from playing basketball to grab your stuff and realize one of them is occupying your locker area.

There's an old guy at my gym that is naked in the locker room every time I go in there. I think he must stay in there all day. He's got a massive peen(no homo, it's hard to not notice), and his wife is barely 5' tall. I always wondered how she took that massive thing.

Here's something that has happened to me multiple times the last few weeks.
This lockerroom has 4 showers, divided by plastic barriers and curtains. They will all be unoccupied and I'll go to the one on the end. While I'm showering one of these old frickers will come get in the shower stall right beside me. It's stuff like that that makes me think a lot of these dudes may be creeps.

I think this is the answer. Plus, in their glory years they didn't have to worry about the gays scoping out their package. (this is in jest before someone gets all offended)
What always strikes me as odd are the ones who sit on a bench in the locker room butt arse naked just staring at the floor or the ones who want to talk to you. I see this all the time. It creeps me out.

I'm young and usually air dry. It is just the better way to do things.
That isn't very weird. I was expecting you to say they got into the one you were in if the others were full when you started that story.

It used to be common that American males would swim naked at school swim classes and at swimming clubs as well as at college practices (I'm not kidding!). I don't think the practice was completely discontinued around the country until around the 1970s. (A lot of European nations still swim naked.)
Soooo... with that crazy knowledge and the fact that old people tend to get to the point where they longer give a frick what anyone thinks of them, I think they're just a lot less giving a damn/puritanical about nudity and they certainly don't care if it offends our eyes.
