Obesity and racism for me.

Mississippi burning left a lasting impression on me. Gene Hackman's second best performance behind Hoosiers imo.

- I think of the state where I was born.
- I think of the state that offered me an opportunity to succeed.
- I think of good fiends of all races.
- I think of opportunities.
- I think of good people who are certain to encounter obnoxious close minded opinions of those who have no idea what they know about Mississippi, but remain passionately prejudiced in their effort to feel superior.

Cheers to you Texas guy.

Wasn't Texas where those rednecks threw a chain around that black man and drug him behind their pickup truck until he broke into pieces.

Texas Dragging - I'll remember that movie forever.

I think of not being mean to people who live in Mississippi. Except for Ole Miss shitheads.

I think of Mississippi, I think of the Delta and the worst parts of Arkansas. But Mississippi people make the same association with Arkansas, because the worst areas of our states back up to one another.

Is the Arkansas delta any better than the MS delta?

If anything is better, its the duck hunting. But I don't know how good the duck hunting is east of the river.

I've never duck hunted in MS but I'm sure it's very similar. However, I'd put our flooded timber against anyone in the country.

Stuttgart's brand name is strong as hell. I've pulled the "I'm from Stuttgart, AR card" numerous times across the country and over 90% of guys I've met have heard of it. It's absolutely amazing

What is up with the anti-Mississippi circle jerk on here? I grew up here and wouldn't change my upbringing for the world. I love the people I have met and the places I've been. I can't change what the shitty people before me have done.

I've also spent time in LA and TX. I greatly enjoy those states as well, but like I said there's no other place I'd have rather spent my childhood.

If there's an advantage, its the rice crops in Arkansas that feed the ducks. Arkansas is a world leader in rice production and its all in those few counties over there around Stuttgart. Over there, you hunt rice, corn fields or flooded timber.

100% honest, non-trolling answer:

Poverty first. Then racism. Third comes obesity. Fourth is SEC football.......I can't really think of anything after that.

I was raised in a MS public school. At Ole Miss I have yet to meet any bastard from Texas or Georgia or wherever the hell that is way smarter than me.
