Honestly, I'm not a huge Whataburger fan.

But somehow I missed it when I lived out of state. Weird.

Guess I just liked the option of going once in a blue moon

I don't think I ever ate it sober when I lived in Texas. I can see how kids like it. They've already approved a second location in Fayetteville on the north side of town. They're printing money right now. Great idea.

I agree. Surprised they waited this long to open one up there.

The only time I've ever had Whataburger was while hitch-hiking through Texas. A nice old lady bought me lunch. It was a chicken tender sandwich with cheese and BBQ sauce. One of the best meals I've had in my entire life.

Never thought about Texans loving it so much. Met a ton of Baylor people at my last spring break and they ate it after the bar every single night.

Not a big fan either, but I also know what would happen if I opened one in Oxford, MS.

That shite was big, too. Not some piddly arse McDonald's sized bun - that thing probably had five full size tenders on it. That sweet woman bought me a few of them for the road, too. I was on 20 somewhere around Longview.

There were rumors of us getting one in Ttown. Also rumors they didn't want to open one up there because they thought the color scheme would significantly hurt sales. Shame we never got it. It would have killed.

They have Whataburger in Oklahoma, but I don't know of anyone who's ever eaten there. I'm surprised they're still in business.

How does the Cane's in Paty do? It doesn't compare to Guthrie's, but it's damn sure better than Zaxby's or the like.

The Whataburgers in College Station are required to have a prominent maroon stripe

They put a red stripe and a couple of Razorback logos on the Fayetteville location.
