Shoulder goes on the smoker at 2am and the ribs go on at 9am. Lunch will be at 2.

Nothing. I'll be spending the weekend way up in Athens with the wife, sans the little one. Old buddy up there hosting us. Gonna eat some good food, hit up some breweries, and have some fun.

Nice man. Just a heads up, Terrapin has extended their hours on Friday and Saturdays now. It now 1:00-7:30pm. Creature comforts is 5-10pm on Fridays, and 1-6pm on Saturdays. Also if you haven't check out Southern Brewing, it's a pretty cool place.

25# of specks, bass, and, redfish to fry and 60# of bugs to boil. If anything gets grilled it may be corn or burgers/dogs for the kids.

Smokin a turkey on my new smoker. Breaking it in tomorrow with some chicken wings and ribs for a test drive.
