What will your menu be for the cookout this weekend?

I'm going fancier than usual. I'm also cooking for the in-laws.

Ribeyes
Boiled Shrimp
Strawberry/Banana mix
Baked Potatoes
Salad
Pasta side (little man won't eat steak)
Ice cream
Sweet Tea
Lemonade

friday night was grilled chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce.

Last night was london Broil with a salad and sweet potatos.

Tonight...not sure yet.

Tomorrow burgers and hotdogs at my dads Memorial day party.

Just me, my wife, and a couple of friends.

Dry rub ribs, orzo salad, asparagus, mixed greens salad (with mushrooms, mixed bell peppers, and mozzarella pearls), garlic bread, and apple pie.

Burgers. Wife for 85% lean because that's all Costco had, so mixing in a little ground pork.

Potatoes with fresh herbs and garlic baked on the grill.

Grilled corn.

Grilled artichokes.

A few pints of Mississippi Fireant for the grill master.

Smoking some ribs and chicken quarter's. Going to grill some veggies and sweet potatoes. Made a couple gallons of Sangria last night. Will probably force myself on Mother Goose later tonight...
