What was the worst part of your college/university?

Mine during undergrad was the parking tickets. The Campus security would write them even if parked in correct spots. A RICO case would have been fantastic for that.
Grad School, having to walk. I did not walk in Undergrad and was forced to. You would not get your sheepskin or any records if you did not walk.

Parking sucks
Incompetent athletics director
Too many redneck Bama fans
ETA: And no complaints about Emory except that my parking pass cost me $740

I hate that Auburn Students think they deserve unlimited parking access adjacent to their buildings instead of a few minutes of walking or transit
EDIT: I was towed 4 times as a Freshman, it is annoying but I realize now we just are spoiled

I was from out of state and never registered my car/tag. I accrued quite a lot of tickets. Auburn PD was campus PD and not connected to a real PD at the time. Senior year I was taking my GF to class and drove in the restricted Teachers/staff only area and got pulled over where they got my ID and finally linked to my tag. I think there were about 40 tickets on my next tuition statement
Worst thing was having to go to class on the other side of campus in the rain

Bruh I spent all 5 years of undergrad with a B pass, I had no problems
But Auburn's goal of "let's put buildings on every parking lot on campus" has made it a very different deal from 10-15 years ago. The goal of a pedestrian campus has done a lot of good since they shut Thach off but it's had drawbacks as well, that maybe could've been handled better.

I don't think I got a single parking ticket in my 5 years at Bama, but I was never averse to walking. I often even parked off campus and walked.
Worst part of Bama was how Greek-oriented it was. If I got asked which frat I was in once, I got asked a million times. People were obsessed with it. The last couple of years there I'd just make up a name.

The Memorial Student Center being closed my senior year.
It sucked not being able to use it, but they did a terrific job on it when they were through remodeling it

The athletic shorts/ugg boots combo that 87% of the undergrad coeds walk around in on weekdays
The enormous size of the campus sucks if you have multiple classes far from your parking assignment or bus route.
No more on campus bonfire

I sent a novelty business card (from Alvin's Island in Destin) that said "Sounds like bullshite to Me" along with my fine for a parking ticket at UGA in 1996.
My records were flagged and I faced disciplinary hearing wherein it was decided I had to write a letter of apology to Parking Services and an essay to judiciary about how wrong I was.
I learned alot about the world that day.

Worst part of college was having to go to class. I was much better at drinking and chasing women.

UAB
Hands down is parking. Being in downtown Birmingham, there are not many parking lots anyway. Couple that with the fact that UAB's student population is heavily commuter and you can see the issue. Then add onto it that UAB will do away with a parking lot to build a new building in that spot in a heartbeat.

Same but I lived either on campus or at East Edge which is virtually on campus. We had our own bus but I still walked from time to time. Didn't bother buying a parking pass.

I agree with all of this too. It's getting too big.

i actually had a sweetheart deal on parking. i attended the church right by university that if you were an active member, you got a pass to park there. so i had a good spot.
on the other hand, i also worked for the university in the tech department, and got staff parking when i moved to management.
and then a perk from that was that i worked with the campus police system and got out of any ticket that came up for my wife or i.
