What should I do for my birthday?

SO says I don't celebrate appropriately and would like me to help plan some fun shite. Bday is on a Sunday in April so I'm open to a weekend deal.
I like the outdoors and booze fyi but neither are requirements. Just looking for something within driving distance of Nashville (6-7 hour drive, tops)

Fly to New York in the morning, have lunch, then walk through Central Park, fly back home in the evening. I surprised my wife with this on one of her birthdays, and she treated me like a king … for a day or two at least.
