I loved fight club in college. It was the anthem of my political beliefs and I watched it probably a hundred times, read the book over and over, could quote every line.

Now I have a wife, a kid, and a mortgage. I have a little dude who can't even wipe his own arse who needs me to make sure he is safe and protected. I look at the fight club movie and think: that's a nice sentiment for people who don't actually have anyone who needs them. It's a cowards' way out.

Boodocks Saints. I watched it a million times especially in the summer. The way cops are now I would never try to be a vigilante.

Falling Down

When I was younger, I identified with D-Fens. Angry, unable to rationally deal with abject stupidity, rash, etc.

I watched it again last year, and after having aged quite a bit and been married to a complete loon for a little while-I identify with Prendergast. Wiser, able to quietly accept idiocy (IRL), more thoughtful, etc.

It's a tv show but I loved Airwolf when I was a kid. I tried watching it on Netflix and it just doesn't translate now.

was he even alive in 2012?

I don't mean to poke, I remember that whole thing, it seemed hilarious from the start.

Fight Club seems pretty stupid to me. I'm still a fan of most movies I used to watch.

Classic, but having seen it approx 673 times in the 30 years since it was made, I am over it. Besides I can recite much of that movie anyway.

Pulp Fiction is another like that. Just cult to the point that I know every line.

Smoky and the Bandit, is just lame.

Same. My tastes haven't really changed in the past decade, tbh.

When I was like 10 I got super into x games shite. Loved any movie that was about skateboarding/inline/BMX. Even inlined for a few years at skate parks and around town with my other heathen friends.

Weird to look back on considering I'm a broker at a large commercial insurance firm now and was in a frat in college. My life did a 180 when my folks moved us out to the country. Glad they did

Not sure if I want to say as it'd be pretty easy to find out who I am considering a lot of posters know what city I live in...are you in the business?

One of the greatest scenes in cinematic history (and written mainly by Jackie Gleason):

Diablo Sandwich and a Dr. Pepper

That waitress should have won a Razzy.
