In the last year, mine's gone from a 20 minute drive with pretty much absolutely zero traffic in the middle of the night in Missouri to a 20 minute drive first thing in the morning in heavy traffic in Texas.

And I actually like the latter better

10 seconds. Give or take a few seconds if I take my time coming down the stairs. Sometimes I like to look out the front door and check the weather.

30 minutes in the morning, and anywhere up to an hour on the way home depending on traffic. Don't want anything to do with living in/near the ship channel.

Sometimes I gotta drive 4 hours.
Sometimes I gotta drive to the airport.
Most of the time I walk to the kitchen.

Some days 5 minutes, some days 5 hours. It's 20 minutes from my house to our yard but I rarely work at the yard.

7 minutes from central Fayetteville to north Fayetteville. I come home for lunch a couple of times per week.

In Dallas, it was 1 hr each way on the Bush Turnpike and I hated life.

I just recently started working more from home, so maybe 20 steps up the stairs to my new office.

About 20 minutes. Heavy traffic is inbound, I'm outbound. It's a gorgeous ride though.

Give or take 30 mins, depending on functionality of Chicago's trains.

5 minutes down a 4 lane road. The great thing about State College is that you have everything you need within a 10 mile radius. Bad part is that it's in the middle of nowhere

I don't really work full time anymore, but I do some side work for beer money.

I generally rise 1 hour before appt. time. Unplug truck and start it to warm up. It's a diesel F-350 and at -40 takes about 20 minutes on high-idle to reach operating temps.

shite, shower, coffee and I'm off. 20 minutes, low traffic, 4 lane most of the way. Snow and icy roads can vary the time a tad. The funny part, the cold causes the bottom of the tires where you were parked to remain flat. So the first couple of miles are like driving a Flintstones car. Thump, thump, thump...

Now why would anyone want to live in middle of nowhere Pennsylvania? Do you have a Waffle House? Huh? Do you? Do you have a Pornography sex shop? Them's essential.

Well there are several porn shops halfway to Pittsburgh- live dancers too

We don't have a Waffle House, but have a much upgraded version called the Waffle Shop. I've never understood the thrill of Waffle House tbh

Edit: It's a fantastic place to live though. Virtually no crime (although someone did get murdered this year in a domestic violence case), beautiful environment, friendly people, ect.
