Not really sure what is going on with jeep other than not blown valve or head gasket. Not seeing oil or locked up.

If no oil or anything I really doubt the block is cracked however, if it is indeed cracked......ummmmm.........90% time it's gonna take a new motor
You might could fix a cracked block but I feel like a new engine would be the way to go in most jeeps

what year Jeep and what engine is in it? What makes you think it is a cracked block and not a blown head gasket?
cracked block is going to take a new motor or at least a new block.

Water in the oil and decreased compression in on or more cylinders.
If that is the case, new block, but you can find complete used engines for less than the cost of having the block replaced.

It overheated and white smoke lost all power when driving seemed to feel like sputtering when going up hill when was driving it.
Has water and oil in it I'm just at loss.
I like the jeep as a drive around take fishing and bad weather car.

Would probably get a better diagnosis if you described the symptoms. Why would you think the block is cracked?
Oil milky, losing water in radiator?

I would take another look at the color of your oil and water level. Head gasket leaking.

Check your thermostat. You can't repair a cracked block.
ETA blown head gasket is another thing to look for.

I'm a mechanic.
That is a blown head gasket, and/or cracked head.
also most likely a warped head if it stayed hot long.

Ok, just trying to help bro.
If not a gasket leak, which the white smoke and no power because of water in the combustion chamber would lead me to believe. Check reasons for over heating.
As for the overheating then; thermostat easiest and most probable, if not that, check the intake hose into your water pump. I have seen those collapse as they get old and weaken and cause overheating. (Creates a vacuum and closes hose)

Its not, heads are not engine killers.

Depends on where the crack is and what the block is made of. In any event cracked block equals new engine

They are known for blowing head gaskets, due to the long length of the head.
They are also not terribly hard to do.

Also if it got so hot you saw white smoke you probably just warped a valve or two and blew a head gasket
