I'm hearing forecasts of "long track" tornadoes, large to very large hail, etc.
Even with a lot of the rough weather the mid south to south west has experienced here lately, I don't think these type forecasts were mentioned.

I'm 15 minutes East of Augusta across the Savannah River in SC.

Schools and businesses have announced early dismissals/closings tomorrow from here thru the Columbia and Lexington, SC areas.

Governor is considering issuing a state of emergency depending on what it looks like in the morning.

Damnit, I was planning a trip in a few weeks to SC, I am beginning to think I am weather cursed.

We got hammered yesterday, too. They're telling us yesterday was nothing compared to what's expected tomorrow, though.

They're even sandbagging areas of Columbia in preparation of flash flooding.
