Unfriending people on facebook is lame

I have only unfriended 1 person, but he was never really my friend. He was my wife's 2nd cousin, and I never met him in person. The reason I unfriended him was this: He shared a photo of his erect penis because he was mad at his girlfriend. Man, I don't want to see stupid crap like that, and his reasoning made no sense at all.
However, that is the exception. I normally won't unfriend anyone, no matter how offensive or stupid they are.
Here are the reasons I've been unfriended.
1. I made fun of their political opinions.
2. I suggested killing animals for the hell of it was sadistic.
3. I suggested Yankees should be allowed to live in the south.
4. I told women who wanted to talk dirty to me that I didn't have a credit card number.

Since the beginning of time humans have been hunting either for food or for sport. That's a benefit of being at the top of the food chain. There is a big difference between hanging a family pet and hunting game.

I won't unfriend anyone, but I will unfollow anyone that constantly posts political bullshite and military shite.
Nothing on facebook is more annoying than someone that is or was in the military.

How do you know the reason for then unfriendings? I've been unfriended a few times and I really didn't even notice for a while. Only one I know the reason for because he asked for everyone that voted for Obama to let him know so he could unfriend us. I just replied "peace out."

Because sometimes I'm still their friend, but they are just annoying on social media. I don't need to see every update they post or every like they dole out.

I get what you're saying but I think it was a little harsh saying no one is more annoying than someone who is or was in the military.

For the record, though, I hardly ever make facebook posts regarding military shite and pretty much never when it comes to politics (I have too many friends on both sides of the aisle). Pretty much stick to sports.

3 is a pretty terrible offense. You shouldn't be surprised when 1 gets you unfriended. I doubt anyone unfriended for 2. And 4 didn't happen.
