'he' is 56-0 in fights with girls.

'They say the testosterone Beggs has been taking while transitioning from female to male has made him too strong to wrestle fairly against girls'

The weirdest part of the story to me is that I had no idea there were states with girls wrestling.

In Alabama if a girl wants to wrestle she has to wrestle the guys. 10 years ago when I was wrestling there were a couple that had some good records. A couple were actually decent, but a lot of their wins were mostly because guys would be awkward when trying to wrestle them. Every once in a while the girls would get a W because their opponent would forfeit not wanting to wrestle a girl at all.

I can only remember seeing 1 girl wrestle in high school. It was at a tri-county meet, and she had a good body. Her opponent was my friend Aaron, who sprung a boner during the match

My worst fear as a 15 year old wrestler was getting matched with a girl and having that happen. There's no hiding a boner when you're wearing a singlet and you're in the middle of the ring with everybody in the bleachers watching you

I was in the 220lb class, no female opponent in that group could possibly give me a boner

I was a skinny baw. I weighed around 150 when I was wrestling.

In 8th grade I was A team for 135 pound weight class and my B team got matched up with a girl. I was so relieved. He lost and we gave him so much shite. Claimed he didn't get out of her pin because he would've had to grab her boob and was scared he'd get new trouble for it

At 6'2, with my frame, I couldn't get below 200. Had to box as a heavyweight too.

1) My youngest sonwrestles. Lots of female wrestlers these days, and they wrestle the boys. They can be pretty salty until puberty hits and body composition and muscle mass change in the sexes.

2) This kid is transitioning from female to male, not vice versa. He wants to wrestle as a male. Texas law won't let him. I'm assuming the people saying this is unfair (and it is) want to recognize that the kid's birth gender isn't accurate and allow him to wrestle as a male and acknowledge his transition to the male gender?

In a real world this would be considered an enhancement drug/controlled substance that would be prohibited by athletic regulations.

Why? The state law is fair. Separating the sexes in athletic competition maintains fairness. If you make an exception for this chick while she is "transitioning", you open up a shitstorm for males to compete against females while transitioning to female. If you are transitioning, complete it before you compete. It's not rocket science, even if it is all based on mental defect.
