To Catch an IRL Troll

So my sister tells me this story about her lunch break today. She went to a bakery in Austin where she used to work. After having trouble moving around a big SUV in a small parking lot, she found a place to park and headed towards the entrance. The guy in the SUV starts to insult her. Called her a fat ni**er. Both of them are white. She turns around and realizes what's going on. Tells him if he drives a car that big he must have a small dick. He continues to go off on her, and the owner comes out (her old boss). They end up going inside and find his name from the transaction he had. Looked him up on social media. They have his address, his phone number, all his Facebook/Instagram/twitter handles. I need suggestions. This guy is treating women like shite and one of them was my sister. Needs to go down.

1. Post ads on every craigslist in America for free scrap metal if someone is willing to pick it up with his phone number.
2. Mention there is a fair amount of copper to get the meth heads attention.

To make it work better take the ad down after 24 hours so he doesn't change his number. Wait a few days and repeat.
That shite is annoying as hell. My friends and I used to do it to each other until we came to a truce. Crackheads calling 24/7 is a major pain in the arse.
