They both seem like towns revolved around universities.. Baylor and ATM. Predominately conservative towns. Ive never been to either. Also Waco has that chick on fixer upper

College Station is a really nice version of Starkville

Baylor makes up ~5% of the Waco metro.

A&M makes up ~25% of the Bryan College Station metro.

Waco was a much more established city/town before Baylor moved there. College Station wasn't much of anything until A&M was established.

Waco has a pretty poor reputation around the state. Outside of Dr Pepper and now fixer upper there isn't much going on for it.

College Station is your typical college town except its bigger than most college towns (not cities who have colleges in them). Its not far from Houston so you'll get a similar suburban vibe in college station now a days with Houston spreading and the student pop / alumnus from Houston growing so much.

I've lived in both towns.

Waco does not revolve around Baylor. Most folks up there were t-shirt longhorns fans before BU got good at football. Even now, there is so much squalor around the campus that the school doesn't care about, that it's a little misleading to assume they're all about the Bears.

Also, the water in waco is appallingly disgusting. Idk why If you're ever unfortunate enough to find yourself there, only drink bottled.

Tits....

You'll see repressed Baptists with tits in Waco/Baylor.

You'll just see repressed Baptists @ BCS/TAMU. NTTAWWT.
