By "last bit of body fat", do you mean going from 12% to 10%? What % bf are you?

Have been. I was probably around 15% bf after Christmas. Have three high intensity workouts per week with two mid/low intensity.
High: Variations of Rippetoe workouts with sprints mixed in. Sometimes I do sled pulls and pushes for this workout
Low/med: bodybuilding splits(maybe one set per) and sprints/paddleboarding/tennis etc
Eating: Cycle between <150 carbs and <100 carb days. Variation of Tim Ferris slow carb diet and Mark Sisson primal diet with one cheat day
Im all for doing it without drugs and I made good progress without them but im about to get really busy with traveling and such and will have to pare back on # of workouts/week. I understand if you think the drug approach is not great but im gonna try it, hence why I wanted some feedback from people who have done it.

ECA Stack works. I'd recommend just a solid diet and consistent cardio.

Never heard of it until now that I just researched it. I'd be cautious about using it while .doing high intensity cardio though. Seems like it could raise your heart rate up to dangerous levels.

Im already in fairly good shape. I believe a lot of the complications were with those who took too high of doses and those who were not very healthy to start with.
