No offense but your road system sucks. If I was a tax payer I'd be pissed.

Ironically ... I say the same thing every time I have to travel down I-20 through or around Atlanta.

Not to mention the shitty roads from I-20 up to Athens.

Atlanta is one city. A city I don't live in. The South Carolina road system is 1000s of miles. It's absolutely ridiculous that i95 is a 4 lane road. In fact, most major roadways I've been on in Carolina are 2 lane roads.

Then don't bring your fricktarded bullshite clunker arse into our state asswhipe.

And you've not traveled 1000s of miles of our roads you lying sack of shite.

There - is that the response you were hoping for when you started this thread you hypocritical piece of shite.

Have you ever driven 25 between Augusta and Savannah? I have, and it's a shite show. How about #1 between Augusta and Kingsland? I have, same story. How about 441 between Dublin and Fargo? Is that one of your pristine show-place backroads you are bragging about in Georgia?

Just stfu you shite stirrer. Sweep around your own back door before you come sweeping around ours.

Could some of our roads use some work? Hell yes they could, and they will, eventually. We're always working on the main highways and interstates in this state. But we're a state of barely four million population yet we've got four major interstates that are some of the most traveled in this country in I-95, I-26, I-77 and I-20 ... not to mention I-85. Two of those interstates see traffic from over fifty million loaded-down 18-wheelers a year ... so no matter how fast we repave them, they are gonna show wear. Charleston is a port city and the 18-wheelers roll outta there to service the rest of the country like fireants outta an ant pile.

I hate a shite talking georgia snob worse than just about anything. Stay the frick on your side of the river alice. Or buy a clunker with new shocks the next time. We're not here to service your sorry arse. We're busy fishing and hunting and enjoying life ... and trying to keep you yankee transplants the frick outta here as best we can.

I'm bringing business to your state. You should be thankful.

What you might be bringing us, at best, is a few thousand bucks in extra revenue and a shite ton of whining and bitching and moaning about how we should do things differently here ... just keep your fricking business, shove it up your arse with some of our good old SC sand and a piece of palmetto tree if you don't like it here. Stay in Georgia, or wherever the frick you wanna stay.

Come bitching on a board about our roads ... sheeeesh. Sometimes I just wonder if there are not more important things to bitch about.

Bitch about Obama letting-in 250,000 unvetted Muslims. Bitch about the traffic around Atlanta, Savannah and Augusta. Bitch about how Atlanta has gone to shite in a handbasket and all the crime there ... especially the record number of forceable entiris recorded in 2015. Bitch about your high taxes over there. Bitch about all the yankees moving down here.

But don't bitch about whatever road you happened to travel. That's bush league. If it's the roads you are selling then you're not much of a mover and shaker.

Driving through SC is pretty depressing. The roads are shitty, a lot of trash and adult bookstores etc

For the time being, I'm going to refrain from talking about your mother.

I calls em like I sees them. It's not the worst state for interstate driving. TN, KY, and OH are pretty awful

You should leave the trailer park and drive up I 59 North in Alabama if you want to drive on a crap section of interstate.

Every time I leave TX, I'm reminded how good our roads are.

I've never lived in a trailer park. Why would I want to drive on a crap section of interstate?

Yes, TX is the best. Every state should be 75 on the interstate. Every state should have farm roads instead of "county roads"

Alaska has the worst roads in the country. The frost heaves destroy asphalt. Ironically, the unpaved gravel roads hold up much better, but beat the shite out of your vehicles.

The only major problem spot here in Columbia is "Malfunction Junction", where is where I20 and 26 meet. It consistently a shite show no matter what time of day "Especially if you are on I26 heading to Greenville."

Other than needing new asphalt in some areas "Two Notch Road " it's really not that bad.

NVA/MD/DC is the only area I've driven in where I went "Holy shite how does anyone commute/drive in this hellhole?"

I've done 75k miles on a work car in 2 years and covered a lot of ground in the SE and SW

New Mexico has the crappiest of the lower 48 I've been on. LA and FL aren't terrible.
