As we all know, racism is alive and prevalent in Southern Mississippi. So when unidentified patriotic justice warriors took to a racist veteran's home and bravely removed his racist state flag and painted unifying words in his driveway, that racism came roaring back to undo their efforts:

Not sure where you got that idea. I just don't think the suspects in this case were black. Have you ever in your entire life heard a black person say "blacks rule"? They don't normally refer to themselves as blacks.

Yeah that was quite the swing and miss. The African American community where I'm from almost exclusively refer to themselves as black or black people.

Stone, you are correct in that until the perps are caught, we don't definitively know what race they are and can't make definitive statements.
However, I think it's more of a stretch to think 12 year old white people did this than black people. Yes, I know we can't assume though...

How can you know that without having any idea who did it? I don't see how we can know an offender's state of mind when we don't even know who he/she is. It certainly could be a hate crime, though.
