They're in Fayetteville today, set up on Dickson Street.

Kinda pricey for a water slide. Anybody tried it out in your town? For those unacquainted, its a traveling 1000 ft water slide, going from city to city.

flyer article about it

Here's a good view of the route, which is steeper than it looks.

My kids are pissed that I didn't buy tickets for them. Now all that's left are like the $65 unlimited slider tickets. Screw that.

Yeah, 65 bucks to play on the slide all day. No thanks. Plus, I'd probably dislocate something.

I'm surprised they actually showed up. They cancelled less than two weeks out here claiming they didn't sell enough tickets (it hadn't really be advertised here) and I know a couple people who bought tickets and still haven't gotten their money back.

I never picked up tickets because I thought it was kind of ridiculous for a slide, even with their set up.

Initially the city refused to shut down the street for them, until they partnered with some local non-profits.

They're apparently notorious for selling tickets before the permits are secured and backing out when it falls through.

$30 for a single and $65 all day? That seems way too high. They shouldn't be charging more than a waterpark.
