Just curious, are yall living together/sharing finances, etc?

If so, that should be an immediate deal breaker. If not, it's his money and he shouldnt need to ask or inform you how he spends it.

That all being said, he sounds like he is either incredibly naïve, or he isnt telling you something about this person. Either way, big red flag. You dont need to be with someone that is bad at spending money, or is comfortable loaning it to a stranger and expecting any kind of repayment. Just my .02

Dafuq? This part is even more mystifying than the random moneygram.

Wife and I have 100% visibility over each other's finances, so this situation would be highly unusual if it were to happen to us.

Sounds more stupid than shady, though.

Who says 'over $126'? Wouldn't a normal person say 'over $120' or $125? Or just over $100?

When words like over/under are used rounding up or down is usually involved. That was just strange.

Your boyfriend gave money to a random girl on twitter?

This entire situation sounds like dumpster trash.

*I said more, but it was pretty mean and I'd like to last at least a month before I'm banned.

It involved dropping L Bee's, Wal Mart, a truck driver and some other things. It was harsh. But probably the best advice you're gonna get.

Dump him. The fact that he loaned money to a girl isn't worrisome. It's the fact that he did it over the internet without even knowing her. He probably just got catfished and you have to be pretty fricking stupid to have that happen to you.

If you want to have investments on a Nigerian Prince's wealth in the future, then stay with him. Otherwise, you can probably do better.

This is weak sauce. I would be worried about a guy who can not handle his own business.

That would cause me to have serious concerns about our relationship. I do remember your story, and mentioned that my ex wife cheated on me. I would consider that a red flag, maybe not a relationship ending situation, but I would want to know he loaned money to a girl on twitter without confirming with me that I knew her well.

Sounds very concerning to me.

Thirded. I can't imagine he'd try to get you involved if he was cheating. ''Can you get some money back from a side chick?''

Probably just thought you knew her, and while it's stupid in its own respect, I don't think he's a bad dude.

Drop this dumbass and move on. You don't want a long term relationship with a loser.

The only reason you stay in that relationship is if you're desperate. If you're desperate, he knows it and that's why he feels no stress in feeding you that line of B.S. and treating you like shite.

Regardless, time to end it - but you know that. If you keep it going, it's out of desperation and things will get a lot worse before the inevitable demise.
