I knew this scumbag. He was a client of mine. Its insane how many times we met on job sites alone. I don't know whether to feel relived or angry, knowing now, he has killed 7 people and could be as many as 11... meaning... I'm still alive... Damn. You just don't realize how crazy people are and those who you would least expect are fricking insane. LINK

Damn, that's got to be a creepy feeling.

Now that you know, were there any signs?

South Carolina has a Concealed Carry Permit, yes? I'd look into it. Crazy mf everywhere.

Yes. He was a real estate agent and flipped houses. He used my company to do all the plumbing. Now that I really think about it, he was kinda weird. He was the type that always finished your sentences and would make a statement and laugh awkwardly even if it was/wasn't funny... Creepy bastard.

Psychopaths aren't crazy, in that they don't have a mental illness. Rather, they were born without a conscience, an inner feeling or voice viewed as acting as a guide to the rightness or wrongness of one's behavior.

They certainly know the difference between right and wrong, they just don't care. They want to please only themselves, and other people are just means to that end.

About 1-4% of the population are psychopaths. Of course, not all of them are murderers like the subject of this thread. Otherwise, there would be far fewer people on the planet. They account for nearly a quarter of the prison population.

Most of them are held in check from committing extreme crimes because they know there are consequences that could deny them their continued freedom. So they settle for scaled-down activities like ruining others lives, marriages, careers or happiness.

Every one of us have psychopaths in our lives. We've even got a couple of genuine psychopaths on the boards.

They are more destructive than most other social and personal maladies because of their chameleon-like ability to blend in. They are entirely remorseless and exceedingly ruthless when they decide they want something, or someone.

They do but they don't recognize out of state permits which sucks because I have an Arkansas permit but live in SC.

I think a lot of people look at psychosis and psychopathy similarly.

Informative

Very true. Psychotics are definitely mentally ill but psychopaths aren't. Sociopathy and narcissism also get confused with psychopathy.

So they say the police heard her banging and screaming in the shipping container, what drew them to check out the property?

Her dead boyfriends phone had battery life after two months? That makes no sense.

It's probably not that high but politics, after crime, is one of the greatest attractions for psychopaths. Others are business and the clergy. Basically, any position that gives psychopaths supervision over others is most appealing.
