Ever had one before?? That was last night's dinner
ingredients
french bread- tight with baker. use to work there. bread was still hot when i got home
4 farm raised medium size soft shell crabs - so fresh they were hard shell on thursday
2 dozen jumbo (21-25 ct) wild caught LA shrimp - so fresh the were being chased down and eaten by specks in caminada pass yesterday morning
2 dozen salty grand lake oysters - so fresh they were sitting on the bottom friday morning
slice french bread in half length wise
top that with soft shell crabs
top that with shrimp
top that with oysters
LOCK the DOOR (very important). You do not want to be disturbed.
Cut in four equal pieces. Three for you and one for the wife. She did cook everything after all.
Total cost
french bread $1
crabs $20
shrimp $4
oysters #18
