They seem to be the top rated appliances on most sites but I've heard all their replacement parts come from China and can take months for repair parts. Is this true? Anyone have experiences they'd like to share?

obvisouly all their stuff seems to be exploding so that's another problem

I have had bad luck with multiple dishwashers and refrigerators until the warranty was finally up. I was suckered in with a great feature set at their price points.

I personally will never buy one again, but have also heard people that love them

I have a fridge, washer and dryer from them. I would absolutely buy all three appliances from them again. Granted, they are only 3 years old. So maybe my thoughts may change in a few years if they go out.

we have a 4 year old kitchen appliance set, electronics on the stove started acting up a month ago, last week the refrigerator failed, and now the microwave has started running on its own without hitting the start button....Avoid at all cost.

Don't have any myself, but my neighbor has had nothing but trouble with her Samsung dishwasher.

Don't get a Samsung fridge. Ours (2009) has had over 1k worth of after market repair. Some under warranty, some not. The repairman said they are difficult to work with and my 16 year old Kenmore will still be running long after the Samsung.

Have Samsung appliances in one of my townhouses that I rent out. One of the stove burners stopped working and just unplugged and rebooted to start working again.

The dishwasher had a burning smell and had to get a repair guy to come re-wire it due to bad installation. Or that's at least what they told me.

No problems with the fridge or microwave yet. Keep in mind these are all new and people have used them for less than a year at this point.
