Question about Greek life in the SEC

I am planning on joining a fraternity at Mississippi State when I transfer there in the Fall.
I want to join the fraternity that has the most sex with alcohol. My friend who goes to Mississippi State said that if I go there that I HAVE to join a fraternity to sex.
He also said that SEC schools have strict dress codes for fraternities. What can SEC Rant tell me about fraternities and sex in fraternities with alcohol drinks?
