I miss the video store. I love horror and there was nothing like walking up and down the aisle looking at the box art and deciding what strange film to rent.

In 1995, I got an original fat Gameboy for my birthday. It was black, and it was one of the only non-gray ones I ever saw. I ended up selling it when it was no longer the cool thing, but that black Gameboy ended up being super rare. I wish I'd kept it.
I also forever-rented a SNES game called Metal Warriors from an old video store back in the late '90s. It was this super challenging mecha suit side-scroller with an awesome 1v1 fighting mode against a second player. I played the shite out of that game, sold it a few years later, and now it's worth 250 dollars.
It just goes to show, hoarding pays off. Don't listen to the propaganda that reality show tries to spew at you, they just want you to sell everything so they can have it and turn a profit.
