However, there is something really odd about this video/story, nobody is talking about how the 2nd dog attacked the 1st dog and tore his arse up.
That 2nd dog is a real killer, he'd chew through his partner to get a piece of that Perp.

I have to remind some of our young guys on a K9 track not to get excited and jump in front of the dog to cuff the bad guy up so fast. When the dog is amped up, you're as likely to get bit as the suspect. Always stay on the tail end of the dog.
