People who drive 15+ miles under the speed limit on the expressway at rush hour. If your car cannot accelerate to 55 mph then get the frick off the interstate.

Louisville "classic rock" stations that think Def Leppard and Bon Jovi are hourly staples.

What the frick is an expressway

- my list is long, people bringing their kids by the office, saying albums or setlists "dropped", saying someone "is killing it", auburn fans, strangers who turn a simple comment in to a long discussion, etc.

When two such drivers are on the highway. In front of me. Side by side. Going the same speed. For miles.

An expressway is a 4 lane divided highway. I-264 here that loops through the city is the Watterson Expressway.

You can also add teenagers who cry at the drop of a hat. I'm not working in Elementary for a reason.

Also the homeless dude that sleeps in front of my office and gives me the stink eye when I wake him up so I can open the door and go to work

I'm thinking she may have been thinking about the Watterson Expressway when she typed that. Used to take it out of Pleasure Ridge Park around the city and downtown back in the day ... assuming it is still there.

What grinds my gears is when I am in bumper to bumper traffic doing 75 and there are drivers who zip past at 90 wanting to get further up the right lane line and then squeeze in little small gaps that causes everyone to slam on their brakes.

So that causes everyone to want to close the gaps and then if anyone even touches their brakes everyone behind them slams on brakes and that's the way it keeps going until the inevitable wreck somewhere up the line.

While awful, I hate the asshats that drive 30 mph on the on ramp.

When people don't pull all the way up to the line at stop lights. I'm not talking about a couple of feet, but like 50-60 ft. Drives me nuts and is a good way to ruin my day real quick.

People that don't use blinkers. It makes me livid when I'm waiting at a stop sign to turn left and the knuckle head I'm waiting to go past slows and turns right.
These people think they're the only ones on the road.

I hate this more than anything. Especially when they see you looking at them and they clearly know you are waiting on them then they turn at the last minute. How freaking hard is it to use a damn blinker?

This is exactly why we need self driving cars.

When there's a line to use the water fountain at a public place and the person in front of me has an epic water bottle to fill.

It truly pisses me off when I put on my blinker and have plenty of room to get into another lane and the jackasss in that lane speeds up to cut me off like he/she was offended that I had the audacity to enter their lane.

This is my number one peeve, too. It's downright rude not to let other drivers know that you're going to make a turn. If I ever have a wreck because someone didn't use their blinkers, I may slug the inconsiderate driver.

I agree. I've got to the point I'll play chicken with people at intersections where we both have to either turn or go straight. I'll notice if they don't have their blinker on I'll pull way out into the middle of the road like I'm waiting for them to go straight so I can turn past them when they go by. It never fails that they get out in the middle of the road and realize "oh shite" I need to turn and I don't have any room. The look on their face is priceless and they usually end up having to go straight because there is no room for them to turn. Really pisses them off which makes me happy. Have had several try to turn right into me or almost run off the road trying to go around me. Hopefully, they learn a valuable lesson about turn signals but I doubt it.

Louisville

What's up with "Gene Snyder?" Can't Louisville/Jefferson County add Lexington/Cincinnati or Lexington/Nashville depending on the direction you're going?

When we go up to Cincinnati,it always grinds my gears that the signage for the loops are so sterile.
