I am serious. I really appreciate the motivation. You made me believe I could and stay on it long enough to form a habit.

I am not there completely- my running is not improving fast enough which means I need to push myself more, and my wife says I act like a "50 year old woman" at the gym, but I am getting there thanks to you.

I crushed a back and biceps day yesterday, figured I would post my workout, see if anyone has any good back or bicep exercises they have been having success with, that I am leaving out.

Wide Grip Pull-ups
Bent over Barbell rows
Seated rows
Lat pulldowns
Cable curls
Standing wide grip curls
Standing close grip curls
Shrugs

On to abs and cardio today.

Good luck to everybody getting up and working out today!

The most obvious workout you're missing for back is deadlift. All those workouts are for the middle back and lats. Got to incorporate some kind of lower back workout.

Thanks, I should have mentioned that I actually don't do deadlifts. I can't right now due to my leg, but I don't in general. I think there is too much risk vs the reward.

Gotcha. Still try to incorporate some type of lower back workout though. Weighted back hyperextensions would be an easy addition to your program.

Did you just now start working out your arms? I don't see how anybody that works out their arms in the past just now started out doing skullcrushers. That's the bread and butter of tricep workouts.

Nice job bro. If you haven't tried it yet, give the french press a try some time. Very similar to the skull crushers, but when done standing up, gives more ROM, and a better burn for me.

Alos legs and arms together are interesting, what does your split look like??

If arms are the weakest part of your body, I'd recommend doing arms and legs together. Doing lower body resistance training workouts will boost your testosterone and GH levels.

Doing a 5k Saturday. Wouldn't be worried about it, but my old trainer will be there, and I have a feeling he is going to whoop my arse.
