If you could change one food that would no longer be bad for you and you could eat it anytime you wanted, what would it be? It will no longer make you fat or kill you dead
For me, it would be Ice Cream. No doubt about it. And I would eat a bowl every single night.
Lets hear it.

Cut and freeze 4-6 bananas.
Put frozen bananas in blender.
Add a healthy milk, like coconut or almond.
Add a healthy, sugar-free, grass fed, pro-biotic rich yogurt.
Add peanut butter,
Enjoy healthy peanut butter ice cream.

Nice. I do frozen protein shakes now.. Two scoops of vanilla whey, one frozen banana, some frozen blueberries, ice and water. Its good but it is not Ice Cream.

Spaghetti with red sauce and meatballs
I avoid it like the plague for health reasons, but damn that shite is good.

Beer. Not a food but it's what I have for dinner most nights.

pizza or pasta. With pizza currently, you can at LEAST justify that it can have some redeeming qualities (fresh, good ingredients for toppings, meat which is good protein, etc). But the crust gets you. And holy hell, pasta is just so absolutely loaded with carbs. But damn it's so good. I would eat a MASSIVE bowl of pasta with meat, cheese, and sauce every day if it wouldn't go straight to my hips.

This is like a "how would you spend the money if you won the lottery" question. I spend 15 minutes formulating a well thought out answer that I begin to actually get excited about just before my hopes and dreams come crashing and burning back to reality.
With that being said.....FRENCH FRIES.

BURGERS would be one of those food pyramid groups that you can eat as much as you want. Alongside it would be cold beer. Hot beer is bad for you, but cold beer is excellent for your health. The only thing better would be cold, FREE beer

This would be very high on my list as well.
It would be a top 5 of
Buffalo Wings
Fries
Chocolate
Burritos
Hamburgers
All that comes under Ice Cream though. I want Ice Cream to be good for me so I can pig out on it daily. Please make this happen
