So I just got a minor in possession for having an empty beer can in panama city beach. I have to go to spring break court tomorrow. What kind fine or anything can I expect? All advice is appreciated.

probably about 500 and some stupid community service and bullshite to clear the record. sucks to be you.
MIPS use to be like a seatbelt ticket. I had a friend get 3 in one weekend and they were only 80 at the time, you paid and it was gone.
IMO you should just go home instead of going to court.

Google what the fine is in Panama City at SB Court. Or ask around, I'm sure you're not the only MIP at PCB.

True since PCB is just a spring break town it is likely just a heavy fine and move on.
BR/LA has turned a MIP into a minor DWI. I got one in high school it was 80 bucks paid it and no one ever knew about it. A couple of years ago my little sister got one in tiger land it was something like 500 or 600 bucks, plus some classes to keep it off her record. I was laughing at her for doing that to get rid of an MIP like any who gives a frick

He could just go home and avoid going to florida for a while. Then just send them some money in a few years. I had a friend do this with a ticket in Alabama

I had to deal with the same thing last year when Knucklehead#2ABears got a MIP.
- look at your ticket/summons, it should have some info where you can call and get info.
- We called and did not have to go to court (it was a waste of time...no matter what you are going to pay)
- We mailed off a check. I want to SA it was around $100 plus court cost but will have to check with Mrs. ABears

Not sure, but you deserve a fine just for being at pcb...tbh.
