My wife is going to be getting a new car soon, she really likes the Kia Optima

So I have been paying attention to the Kias I see on the road,and I have to admit, they are building some of the best looking cars right now to me
Does anyone agree?
The Hondas,Toyotas,Nissans, all seem to have some really strange styling. Weird body lines.

I drive a new Hyundai Elantra and love it. They come from the same country. The Elantra looks better, has excellent mileage and a pretty good engine, so it accelerates fast too.
Asian cars are just superior to American cars today.

I rented a Kia Optima this past week on vacation. Very nice car, drove really smooth. Pretty stylish interior as well

Well actually, I will only consider a car that is built in The USA (The South specifically), since both Hyundai,and Kia are built in Alabama and Georgia, they are on my list of being acceptable.
Actually, My choice would be a Ford Mustang over any car out there, but we have a Baby on the way , and need 4 doors. The Front Engine, rear wheel drive,is the superior format, The Hyundai Genesis might be an option,but I hear that they have had some problems.
Oh yeah, My wife is Asian, and she prefers the Mustang, Or Dodge Charger too,but we have to be practical for now.

From the two guys I know that had a few of them and one of my employees that is an ex sales rep for them, do it, great car from what I've heard. Just not the car for me.

Thanks, I have also noticed that there are a lot of older ones, all beat to hell, and still on the road.
That says a lot about a car.

I like European cars. SO is a prosecuting attorney though. We have a budget.

Kia's are coming along nicely. I wouldn't object to having one.
I have an acquaintance who drives a Hyundai Sonata, and it's a very nice rig.

Here is the thing about rednecks: They are the types that fix things themselves, if they constantly drive a certain type of vehicle, it's probably easy and cheap to repair.

I don't know Catfan, if owning a truck is the deciding factor, hell, I guess I am. If liking vehicles and equipment that can be made to run forever, makes me a redneck, I know hundreds of Brothers that are also rednecks.That's why they love the crown vics, old Impalas, Montecarlos, Cutlasses,etc. Those are the ones that are worth fixxing. They love the old trucks too.
You would be surprised how well all races get along at the parts store, or speed shop.
