Broke my leg on a freaking divider of a trampoline. Came down on my right leg, and completely snapped both my tibia and fibula in half. Had to have surgery, and got a rod through my tibia and a shite ton of screws. Now it hurts like crazy during the cold and rain.

Stayed late one night to work on HS press box. Instead of walking 100yds to reach the exit gate, i opted to climb over the 8ft chain link fence.
When I reached the top, I jumped. Being dark I miss judged my landing and landed straight legged.... Then I fell straight on my arse. I thought I had broke my ankles for second and then a whole new level of pain took over my body.

The pain was coming from my bunghole. Apparently every internal organ inside my body felt as though they were attempting to escape thru my anus when I landed straight legged. I literally had tears in my eyes from the pain.

Water skiing, learning to slalom. Started on two skis, with plans to kick one off. Bad idea. The tip of that ski caught the water surface and was dragged under, and I didn't have the presence of mind to let go of the ski rope. One leg headed north, the other south, and one completely torn hamstring. Took forever to heal.

I broke my collarbone in a bicycle wreck. That night I for whatever reason dreamed of punching somebody, and I really did punch at air with my bad arm. That hurt WAY worse than the initial break. I woke up screaming and scared my poor wife half to death.

Have a couple that rank really high.
When I was young I was mud puddle jumping. And one of the puddles had glass in it and it almost cut my big toe off. Doctors had to scrape all of the glass shards out of the toe and the bone. Took 4 male nurses and 2 female nurses to hold me down. Still remember that pain.
Also was driving a fourwheeler when I was young and my retarded arse finds a big hill and of course I'm going to jump it. But about half way down the other side was a barbed wire fence. Literally clotheslined me off of the fourwheeler. All I remember of that is burning and blood everywhere.

Ruptured appendix is number 1 for me. A distant second was a torn pec when I was 20. Still gives me some issues today. I feel like either a pussy or one lucky bastard after reading some of the stories in this thread. My God man. ????

Had an accident and cut my hand, sliced a tendon, and cut nerves. Had a blood clot post surgery, and ended up having 4 surgeries over the course of several days. Unbeknownst to me, those surgeons don't mess around when they have to get inside of an appendage.

The initial pain was not bad. Was probably in shock. The real pain happened when the doctors took me off the morphine pump and switched me to Tylox (Tylenol 3, I was told.)

I assumed I had a high pain tolerance until they took me of the good stuff.

Cement-like stool trying to pass through my hemmoroids. Seems like it was a 30 minute ordeal. Thought I was gonna pass out several times.

Let my cousin drive us on my 4 wheeler when we were kids, he took us too close to the pond behind the house and we bogged down in the mud. It was on an incline and he floored it, we inched along going up the hill then we hit dry ground and popped a wheelie, i fell off and as the front tires went back on the ground the rack on the rear caught me in the lower back as i was in midair flipping me arse over head like a backflip. I landed face first with the rest of my front following, lower back hurt so bad i thought i was paralyzed as i laid on the ground for a good 15 min writhing in pain. Never let him drive again

I had hernia surgery a few years ago, hurt like hell but nothing compares to the assisted backflip / face plant

Torn left quad. Playing soccer sophomore year of high school, jumped for a header, guy ran through my legs, and landed in something like a hudler stretch position. 3 weeks in a wheel chair, 6.5 months of pt, 12 years and a small surgery later, the only remaining issue is the nerve endings in my hip socket. Not much of an issue, it just feels like my phone is vibrating sometimes.

Probably one time I had monster constipation, lasted for over 3 hours and felt like hot knives were cutting my insides. Had to bite my shirt to stop from screaming
