Mike the Tiger Status?

Anyone know the progress of getting a new Tiger at LSU? A woman was arrested today for having 3-4 tigers in her home she was leasing in the Houston area. LSU might look at getting a good deal on one of those cubs.

Lots of things to consider. Mike was a hybrid tiger and I think it was good on LSU to take him. Hybrids need to be quarantined from any breeding population, worldwide. I hope they get another hybrid for this reason.
Too many dumbshits in China and the U.S. have crossbred the different subspecies of these animals, and it only makes their survival in the future more complicated.
