Do the bars dance? Do they move on their own?
To cancel the effect, just scroll with the scrollbar on the right.
Aliens, clearly.

Well it's not just me. It may just be my computer. I was gonna fiddle with the mouse and resolution settings but decided to start this thread instead. You don't see it? Does anyone else see it?

I know, Tbird. I know. That's why I put desktop in the title. I'm usually on my phone, myself.

I think what happens is each scroll of the mouse places the bar in the exact spot of the bar above or below. So I guess you have to have my exact mouse and zoom settings.
In other words, worst optical illusion ever. Though it is pretty crazy, you should come over and see.

Just run your finger up and down on the screen fast enough and you'll see it

I wouldn't call it dancing but yea, as I scroll down the bars appear to shorten and as I scroll up the bars appear to lengthen.
