We (governments) have the ability to control weather thru cloud seeding and HAARP. However, natural disasters are big money makers.

A hurricane seems very unlikely. Too much shear and a likely weakness in the ridge to keep it east.

No...we don't exactly need a hurricane right now.

Lots of uncertainty, but Im of the mind that if it develops strong enough the ULL riding the east side of the ridge will catch it and pull er into Florida.
