Bowl cuts and swoops are not the same thing. I used to rip a bowl cut hard as a 5-year-old though.

You clearly to not know the bowl then. One of my best friends from my early teen years had a perpetual bowl cut and it always looked like they placed a bowl on his head and cut all the hair below the bowl ALL THE WAY AROUND!. Always felt sorry for him as it looked bad and it sure did not help him with the ladies. Bama bangs on the other hand could make the ladies swoon.
